Paul Matthews founded People Alchemy Ltd in 1999 after a distinguished career in industries as diverse as engineering, travel and information technology. He held many senior posts in sales, customer service and operations, through to a role as Director in a multinational IT company. From those early days when Paul was working on his own as a consultant, the company has grown and now provides the Alchemy Learning Transfer Platform (LTP), the Alchemy Assistant online performance support toolkit and thought leadership to many organisations.
Over the years, People Alchemy has worked with many blue chip clients like Barclays Bank plc, Credit Suisse First Boston bank, Google, Amey, Philips Semiconductors, General Motors, Roche, Deutsche Bank, Zurich Insurance and Ricoh, as well as many Police Forces, Universities and other organisations in the public sector.
Although most clients are based in the UK, multinational clients or clients based outside the UK are starting to take advantage of Alchemy products and services. Paul is still central to the work and philosophy of the company.
