The Training Foundation was formed in 1998 with the objective of empowering everyone involved in training and developing others.
The Training Foundation owns and operates the Training Accreditation Programme,TAP®, launched in 1998, and today the UK's leading Qualifications and CPD Programme for L&D professionals. Uniquely recognised by a Queen's Award for Enterprise: Innovation in 2005, TAP® is in use in more than 1,700 organisations in 32 countries and more than 26,000 trainers have been certified to its quality standards.
The Training Foundation is also focused on assisting employers to improve their employee engagement and productivity through the NextGen management Programme.
