The Lancaster-based company quizzed its customers on a variety of statements regarding their business solutions and the feedback has produced some impressive findings that pays dividends for the company who have constantly strived to provide the best in customer service.
An overwhelming 95% of those surveyed agreed that it is always easy to access a member of the AccessPlanit support team whilst a mammoth 96% were happy with the knowledge and expertise of the support team.
Elsewhere, customers who use AccessPlanit's solutions were almost unanimous in their praise with 87% delighted with the completeness of training and 88% expressing overall satisfaction with the implementation.
The company are hugely proud of the response they've had from the large survey base though Commercial Director Dave Evans says they won't be resting on their laurels.
'The whole team at AccessPlanit works extremely hard to provide our customers with first class products and services and we are delighted that the survey results reflect this' , Dave commented.
With a number of new customers implementing our products and the imminent launch of our exciting new online support portal, we are keen to maintain these high levels of customer satisfaction.
The results, which were announced today, follow hot on the heels of other great news with a recent industry awards triumph. The 2010 Accessplan LMS, one of the industrys most user-friendly and flexible Learning Management Systems, won a coveted award in the Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards just six weeks ago, bringing home the award for technology excellence in the category: Best Advance in Learning Management Technology for External Training.
