Channel 4 used inspirational campaign-led e-learning to help meet key diversity objectives. Acteon will share the "Born Different" story, as well as explaining the underlying principles that can be applied to any learning intervention.
The Acteon team will help visitors at the show to find out how to link learning to personal motivation, find an authentic voice for learning, choose the right format, move beyond a ‘one-hit’ approach with a campaign for change and engage senior leaders to drive success.
The CIPD's People Management magazine recently featured Channel 4's work on diversity as a case study which you can read online.
Acteon will also be showcasing their responsive online digital platform, The Knowledge Centre that's supported learning initiatives from Knight Frank, Channel 4, Cotswold and Daiichi Sankyo.
