Ger Driesen from aNewSpring to host two sessions at ATD 2017 in Atlanta
aNewSpring is proud to announce that Ger Driesen, Learning Innovation Leader of aNewSpring, will host two sessions at the ATD International Conference & Exposition.
The first session on Sunday May 21st is titled “How It's Made: Create a Learning and Performance Ecosystem”. Ger will share why it’s beneficial to create a learning ecosystem. To ensure participants can get started creating their own, he will share various building blocks and also share common mistakes.
“To handle fundamental strategic learning and development needs, quick fixes will not do the job. A well-designed learning and performance support ecosystem is needed to yield relevant and sustainable results. During my session at ATD participants are invited to explore their own organisations’ needs and create an outline for their own learning and performance support ecosystem.”, says Ger Driesen, Learning Innovation Leader of aNewSpring.
The second session Ger Driesen will host is titled “Machine Learning and AI: Will They End L&D as We Know It?” He will be hosting this session together with Koko Nakahara, Director Representative at Instructional Design Inc., and Evert Pruis, Founder of ROI on Talent
The 2017 ATD conference takes place in Atlanta, May 21- May 24. The event programme can be found on ATD’s website.
