ARuVR® appoints Paul Morton and Serena Gonsalves-Fersch as L&D specialist advisors
Industry veterans join ARuVR® advisory board to bolster and champion XR within L&D industry
ARuVR®, a multi-award winning end-to-end Extended Reality (XR) patented training platform for enterprises, today announced that it has appointed Paul Morton and Serena Gonsalves-Ferschas learning and development (L&D) specialist advisors.
With 20 plus years of L&D leadership experience working across multiple sectors, Paul Morton joins the ARuVR® advisory board as specialist for learning and development and will work with the senior management team to refine and develop the company’s proposition into specific enterprise verticals as well as provide broader revenue architecture, product strategy, leadership, sales processes, industry advocacy and general coaching to the team. Prior to his advisory career, Morton was most recently European Lead in corporate digital learning for CrossKnowledge where he contributed to the strategic direction of the company.
Serena Gonsalves-Fersch currently serves as Global Head of Talent and Academy for SoftwareONE and has 20 years learning and development leadership experience working with Spencer Stuart, KPMG, Thomson Reuters and IBM. Gonsalves-Fersch joins ARuVR® in an advisory and advocacy role and will help to frame and position the company to demonstrate how XR learning can significantly impact positive organisational change. Gonsalves-Fersch’s experience also includes contributing to the award-winning book, L&D’s Playbook for the Digital Age by Brandon Carson and she has recently completed a doctorate at Middlesex University entitled; “The Future of Corporate Learning and Development in Technology Accelerating Organisations.”
