Aurion Learning to get moving on e-learning for physiotherapists
Aurion Learning; is pleased to announce that it is set to develop a suite of e-learning courses for physiotherapists.
The four SCORM compliant e-learning programmes will be developed for the
Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists;(ISCP) and will cover a range of topics including:
• Typical and atypical gross motor function (paediatrics);
• Year of pregnancy;
• Incontinence; and
• Prevention and management of falls in older people.
Speaking about the contract, Dan Devlin, Business Development Manager for Aurion Learning; said: “We are proud to have been selected by the ISCP to work on this important project. We will be working very closely with them to develop four e-learning programmes that will engage users, be of genuine value, and contribute to their continuing professional development. The online courses will be available to members of the ISCP by year end, on the ISCP website and via the HSE’s online learning portal,HSELanD.”

With 20 courses already online prepared by ISCP members, the next logical step was to use external e-learning professionals to enhance and expand our offering.” said Ruaidhri O’Connor, CEO of the Society. “Aurion Learning; have a lot of relevant experience in the area and we look forward to working with them.”
