BT chooses BrightWave.

Learning NewsBrightwave Group

BT is working with e-Learning developers BrightWave, to provide training for staff on their Network Fault Management (NFM) system.

The training, a system simulation using BrightWave's tried and tested Show Me/Try It philosophy, will be available online to over 1000 BT employees nationwide and will act as an induction or refresher in the use of the NFM System.

BrightWave, whose recent work for PwC, T-Mobile, ScottishPower and the UK Government has established it as one of the UK's leading bespoke e-Learning providers, is delighted to be working with BT, one of a number of new blue chip clients, on the project.

Barry Cook, Learning Solutions Manager at BT, is confident in the solution. "A refresher course in best practice will be very useful for our NFM users. We are pleased to be working with BrightWave on this important project."

The training, to be delivered online, will replicate the Network Fault Manager system and guide users through a series of vital tasks. There will be an opportunity to view best practice before attempting each task on the dummy system.

BrightWave enjoyed unparalleled growth in 2002 and this new relationship with BT, plus several other new projects, look set to make 2003 another landmark year in the company's history.
