Total learning and exceptional sales results drives successful year at Brightwave
As the leading global provider of learning content, products and services approaches the end of its fiscal year, it reports that both sales and revenues have exceeded performance. Investment in talent continues with the announcement of new key roles for 2015.
Sales targets exceeded
Brightwave's new client business has surpassed targets and demand for its bespoke solutions, as well as for total learning system tessello, is greater than ever before. It has consolidated its reputation for being leaders in the industry with its total learning offering, a concept which has been embraced by forward-thinking L&D teams who are looking to combine formal and informal learning for greater business results.
In a year that has seen the learning agency increase sales in the US, Brightwave has attracted new business for its solutions division from leading global organisations, including Mars, Coca Cola Enterprises and 3M. It continues to deliver solutions at the cutting-edge of learning innovation, with recent projects including virtual reality, gamification and interactive film elements.
Sales for tessello have also exceeded expectations, with a number of new clients including Tesco Bank, BT Group, Thomson local and media agency OMD, all adopting the system as part of their learning programmes.
Caroline Walmsley, Managing Director said:
"We ensure the solutions we craft are customised in collaboration with our clients, meeting their learning requirements and supporting their organisation's business objectives. Innovation and quality are our hallmarks, and our total learning approach has really resonated with clients this year. Our clients keep coming back and furthermore they recommend our services to their networks; we are in high demand."
Industry leading talent force
Continuing its reputation for attracting the best people in the industry, Brightwave has announced a number of new roles for 2015. It is investing in the latest digital and design skills with senior vacancies in its award-winning Production team, as well as looking for exceptional new people to join its Business Development and Account Manager teams.
