Mobile Learning Myth Busters: Agylia to dispel the myths at Learning Technologies 2017
Global leader in the provision of learning management and mobile learning solutions, Agylia, will be at Learning Technologies 2017 to dispel the myths of mobile learning and help organisations get the most out of digital and mobile technologies.
“Mobile learning remains one of the biggest trends in the world of modern education, but its use and potential has often been misunderstood,” said Tim Buff, CEO & Chief Learning Strategist at Agylia. “We’re showing the true reality of mobile learning - how it can improve knowledge absorption and retention, and also increase the completion rates of learning programmes.”
Agylia will be on Stand N10 and encourage visitors at Learning Technologies 2017 to experience the full capabilities and potential of mobile learning.
Agylia will showcase the Agylia Learning Management System (LMS), a mobile, flexible and global LMS that enables organisations worldwide to deliver their eLearning, videos, performance support resources and action based learning all in one powerful learning portal.
With the range of native Agylia mobile learning Apps, for iOS, Android and Windows devices, learners can access their digital learning resources anywhere - encouraging user adoption of content and engagement with learning and development programmes.
Agylia’s Stand N10 will also be an xAPIstop, where visitors will get to experience a fun and interactive learning activity that shows the Experience API (xAPI) in action. Agylia fully supports the latest xAPI standard, meaning learner interactions with all resources are tracked - including learning activities conducted both inside and outside of the LMS. Registration to play xAPIgo is available.
Uncovering the true reality of mobile learning, in particular, understanding the way people interact with digital learning and support resources on their mobile devices is the focus of a seminar, hosted by Alex Mackman, Technical Director at Agylia.
Alex’s session is based on the real experiences of learning and development professional who took part in the Learning Technology Research Project 2016. The session will reveal the initial key findings from the research - so will be a must-attend for anyone seeking to use mobile technology to engage and support their staff and customers, or those who are just interested in finding out more about this exciting new approach.
