Breast Cancer Now selects the Agylia LMS for staff learning at the point of need
Agylia announces that Breast Cancer Now has selected the Agylia Learning Management System (LMS) to provide employees with access to on-demand digital and blended learning programmes, to improve skills, performance and ongoing development.
Breast Cancer Now is a UK charity providing world-class research and life-changing care for people affected by breast cancer.
Liane Grimes, Senior Learning and Development Advisor at Breast Cancer Now said, “This is a first learning platform for our organisation. We therefore needed a partner that is technical and experienced at supporting organisations in developing their learning programmes.”
“We’re delighted to be working with Agylia on our digital learning strategy. They’re great to work with, and are always on-hand to provide help and assistance. With Agylia, we have a partner that is innovative and always looking to support us in achieving our strategic goals.”
“Though we’re embarking on our digital learning journey, classroom training will still have a role to play in our learning offering. We therefore needed a solution that would enable us to deliver our digital learning content and allow us to manage our classroom training schedule.”
With its focus on user experience, the Agylia LMS’s engaging interface, simple navigation and extensive search capabilities will provide Breast Cancer Now employees with easy access to a wide range of learning content, including eLearning and microlearning courses, videos, performance support resources and classroom training. Agylia will also provide the charity with its range of Foundation and Leadership Skills eLearning catalogues.
In addition to enabling self-led learning at the point of need, Breast Cancer Now will be able to offer personalised learning experiences through the creation of structured blended curricula - providing employees with individual learning pathways for future development opportunities.
Breast Cancer Now will use the Agylia LMS to deliver a wide range of learning programmes. As part of their induction programme, even before their first day, employees will be able to access a range of learning content that helps them to engage them with the charity’s culture and quickly feel part of the organisation. For mandatory training, Breast Cancer Now will be able to manage certification and compliance in areas such as data protection and safeguarding.
The Agylia LMS will provide Breast Cancer Now with a central point for their learning analytics. Collating information quickly and accurately, it will enable the charity to analyse their learning records, and where required, react and deliver new or additional training programmes to improve knowledge and skills.
