The CLO100 Learning Leaders Summer Forum has announced Nick Shackleton-Jones as the keynote speaker for this year’s event, taking place on 7th and 8th July 2025 at the De Vere Beaumont Estate, Windsor.

Nick Shackleton-Jones is widely recognised for his contributions to the field of learning and development. Over a career spanning three decades, he has delivered new ways of thinking about learning within organisations. His work includes the development of the ‘Courses to Resources’ approach, the affective context model of learning, and the human-centred 5Di© framework for learning design. His innovative strategies have influenced both public and private sectors, earning him recognition across the industry.

During the Summer Forum, Nick will share insights gained from his extensive career in L&D. His keynote session will examine the evolving demands on learning leaders in workplace learning and outline strategies to achieve measurable impact.

The CLO100 Learning Leaders Summer Forum brings together 150 senior L&D professionals to discuss the theme, “Elevating L&D Leadership.” Designed as an exclusive residential event, the Forum provides opportunities for attendees to engage in in-depth discussions, share experiences, and hear from leading figures in the industry.
