Interview with Rebecca McDougall, Cognota, following the announcement of LearnOps Academy.
Cognota has introduced a 3-month programme for learning and business professionals to experience the ins and outs of learning operations and get a certification.
Its aim is to help learning teams with the entire learning ecosystem and the mission-critical aspects of aligning learning to business goals.
The programme is accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training.
Cognota is currently accepting applicants onto a waiting list ahead of the Academy’s first cohort starting this fall.
