Revolutionary way to buy e-learning launching at LT Summer Forum
Course-Source is launching a revolutionary way for companies that have an LMS (or VLE) to purchase and deliver off-the-shelf e-learning courses at the Learning Technologies Summer Forum in London on June 17th.
Instead of having to contact individual suppliers to get full evaluations and work out complicated pricing schedules, members of the 'buyelearning marketplace' can enrol themselves in hundreds of courses - from an ever growing number of suppliers, compare pricing on a per-enrolment basis, make a purchase (by invoice - no credit card required), and download cloud-based SCORM packages to upload into their LMS - all without any sales rep involved.
Ken Wood, managing director of Course-Source, explains, "The technology to deliver to another LMS from cloud based content servers is revolutionary on its own, but when combined with our enrolment-based pricing in which buyers purchase enrolments for each supplier as and when required, it creates a stress-free way for companies to purchase e-learning."
To illustrate this point, Course-Source will be giving away stress balls on their stand.
Attendees of the show who register for the service will get 10 free enrolments to use on the vendor of their choice (only available to companies with a SCORM compliant LMS/VLE and 100 or more employees).
