Building on the success of its post-course feedback system, which is designed specifically for use by both commercial training providers and in-house learning departments, Coursecheck will be launching a new “Training Impact” survey capability at Learning Technologies 2018,
This new feature is designed as a follow-up option that will assess the difference a training course has made when learners start to apply their knowledge upon return to the work place.
Coursecheck founder, Chris Wigglesworth, commented: “Collecting feedback immediately after a course has long been considered the best way to evaluate the quality of training. However, this is actually just the first step towards assessing the true effectiveness of a training course. What matters more is to understand the behavioural impact of a course and ultimately its ROI.”
With the release of Coursecheck’s new “Training Impact” survey capabilities, Learners are automatically invited to provide feedback 4-6 weeks after completing their training. The customisable surveys are structured to provide out-of-the box analysis of key areas such as assessing skill levels before and after a course; and an understanding of the factors that have helped or hindered learners when applying their new skills.
