Docebo celebrates substantial growth with new American office opening
Docebo recently welcomed customers, partners, and employees to celebrate the opening of its new and expanded North American office in Athens, Georgia. After a year of growth and significant market success, Docebo has outgrown its previous US office, which precipitated the move from its previous location.
Community members, elected officials, customers, partners, and friends joined the Docebo team to celebrate the event with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, passed hors d’oeuvres, and a toast to another year of prosperity for Docebo and the Athens tech community alike.
“We opened our doors in Athens in 2013 with very few customers in North America,” Docebo’s Chief Revenue Officer, Alessio Artuffo, remarked at the event. “We had a vision of scaling our business globally, starting from here. Today, with more than 1,300 customers, globally, we are proud of the results that we accomplished, and this new office symbolizes and celebrates our exponential growth.”
Artuffo went on to comment on the new office space, noting that Docebo is now better suited to continue growing and hiring top talent in the years to come. “We have long term plans for Athens and we will continue to execute against those”, Artuffo noted.
Docebo’s approach to an “employee-first” learning and development ethos is resonating with the eLearning community. In 2017 the industry and employers became increasingly focused on investing in employees, addressing needs ranging from learning and development opportunities to retention and employee satisfaction.
With increasing adoption and budget allocation for LMS, this trend will only continue soaring. In line with this industry trend, Docebo’s social learning initiatives have led to a more than 50% percent increase from 2016.
