About the accreditation

Utilising a robust framework developed over many years by learning experts, and validated by data from thousands of organisations, the LPI accreditation programme is an independent, rigorous and comprehensive assessment of an organisation's business capability and plans for improvement. The Learning Technologies accreditation specifically evaluates and endorses a technology provider's ongoing commitment to outstanding customer care, stability, integrity and operational efficiency. Benchmarks are set extremely high and organisations must demonstrate competencies in several key performance areas to achieve accreditation.
