ESource Corp. selects Shawn Liaguno as Executive Vice President of Southeastern US Division.
ESource Corp., a leader in Learning and Performance Improvement Services, has announced that Shawn Liaguno will join ESource Corp. as Executive Vice President.
Shawn Liaguno comes from Cox Communications and joins ESource Corp. as the Executive Vice President. His primary responsibility is to drive revenue and manage the operations of ESource’s Southeastern US Division. In addition, he will be growing ESource’s Professional Services and operating as one of ESource's senior consultants. At Cox Communications, Liaguno was responsible for Learning Technology solutions, which included one of the first large scale deployments of PeopleSoft’s Learning Management solutions. Prior to Cox Communications, Liaguno spent several years with The Home Depot and a large consulting firm.
Shawn comes to ESource Corp. with over 18 years of Performance Improvement and E-Learning experience, including LMS, LCMS, EPSS, CMS and Rapid Development solutions. Some of his accomplishments include various speaking engagements at conferences and conventions, multiple published interviews and several patented solutions. Liaguno has provided Performance Improvement and Learning solutions to various markets including retail, call centers, telecommunications, cable, manufacturing and financial industries.
Liaguno holds a degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. His wife Theresa works as an Echo Tech at Northeast Georgia Hospital and they have three children: David [10], Tim [16] and Jessica [20].
