Learning Technologies sees further developments from eXact learning solutions
The digital learning content management business solutions producer, eXact learning solutions, has announced its presence at the Learning Technologies event and is to present on its work with Telefonica's content ecosystem.
Held in London’s Olympia on 3rd and 4th February 2016, the show, which includes a conference and exhibition, regularly attracts some 7,500 visitors from around the world.
In addition to the company’s presence at the event’s exhibition – on stand D6 – its products will also be involved in a seminar, entitled ‘Beyond rapid authoring’. Taking place on 4th February, in Theatre 1, from 12.30 to 13.00, the free-to-attend seminar will feature Asi DeGani and Richard Brook, from Telefónica UK – a global company which is known in the UK via the O2 brand.
Asi and Richard will be outlining Telefónica UK’s journey from rapid authoring to developing a professional, consistent L&D team. In particular, they will be explaining how eXact learning solutions’ technology enabled this journey – and is continuing to produce impressive results in terms of L&D productivity and learning effectiveness among learners.
“In an attempt to professionalise L&D and make things easier for the learner, Telefónica UK created a content ecosystem which put all of the stakeholders on the same platform,” said Asi DeGani, Telefónica UK’s Head of Digital Learning. “This is simultaneously speeding-up production, cutting costs and improving content quality.”
“The advances in the eXact learning solutions’ suite of products - eXact learning LCMS, eXact learning Packager and eXact learning Mobile – on the company’s exhibition stand (D6) at the show this year will focus on their configurability, versatility and reusability,” said the company’s Managing Director, Valerio Torda.
This improved configurability, versatility and reusability is evidenced in users’ ability to import and use files, as well as generate apps or Android application packages (APKs) and upload these to mobile stores. There is also the ability to track xAPI-based statements on any pre-configured learning record system (LRS).
Valerio Torda commented, “We’re looking forward to welcoming visitors to our stand at the Learning Technologies show – especially those who will have attended the eXact learning solutions’ User Group conference, held in London on the day before the Learning Technologies event begins,” he added.
