Connect 2025: The Intersection of Humanity and Technology

Connect 2025Learning NewsNews features

Participants at The Learning Network’s annual conference discuss how L&D can help business to chart its path in the AI era and keep humans at the heart of learning.

Connect 2025 took place in London last week. Its theme was ‘The Intersection of Humanity and Technology’.

As AI, automation and data tools reshape the workplace, Learning and Development is asking how to keep learning human, how to build empathy, ethics and understanding into digital transformation and how L&D can help to amplify human strengths, not replace them.

There were four debates on L&D's role at this 'intersection of humanity and technology', an exhibition of learning providers, keynotes from Julian Stodd and Amy Brann and talks from learning and development practitioners.

Learning News was there to find out what everyone came up with and gather views about the big topics facing the profession.
