Fosway: Most AI in workplace learning still in roadmap

FoswayLearning NewsNews features

AI is now a central narrative in learning technology, but how much of it is substance and how much is marketing?

According to new research from industry analyst Fosway, most AI features in the workplace learning market remain either in pilot or on the roadmap. Around just 10% are actually live with vendors' products.

And the vast majority of those focus on content creation, suggesting that while AI may be improving speed and efficiency, it’s not yet transforming the learning experience itself.

Fosway has published two new AI Market Assessments: one for the Digital Learning market and one for the Learning Systems market, mapping how vendors are deploying AI today and where they’re investing for tomorrow.

The reports also benchmark the maturity of features, grouping them as mainstream, emerging, or experimental.

To unpack the findings and explore what they mean for learning teams, David Wilson, Fosway’s CEO, joins Learning News.
