The personalized online training providers will be delivering one of the Business Solution Workshops taking place across the two day event. You can catch their talk - How can predictive analytics enable on-the-job performance? - on Thursday 10th September at 11:30am.
Filtered’s Head of Science Dr. Chris Littlewood and Head of Content Nick Fernando will discuss how analytical techniques can transform online training from a cheaper alternative to face-to-face training, to a continuous performance support and improvement tool that cements learning in the 70:20:10 model.
Fresh from being named in this years EdTech 20, Filtered have been hard at work in 2015 growing their portfolio of courses in key business and software skills, as well as developing a number of partnerships with LMS providers and other training companies.
With ambitious plans for the rest of the year and in 2016, they are hoping Learning Live will be their chance to raise the profile of their unique brand of online training to the learning and development community.
Filtered founder and MD Marc Zao-Sanders commented: “We’re excited to be presenting at Learning Live; it’s a great opportunity for us to showcase Filtered’s approach to our industry peers. Our aim is to make the case for personalized online training unarguable and we really believe that our approach is one that will upskill workforces while saving valuable time and resources.”
