Firebrand Training has today announced the re-launch of its hugely popular 'Free Training for Life' (FTFL) competition, where one lucky person will win a lifetime’s supply of IT training courses.

Last year the competition made headlines after receiving 18,000 entrants from 24 countries across Europe. The prize’s estimated value is £1 million1*, with the winner able to take as many professional training courses and exams as they want, for the rest of their life, for free. The prize includes all training and exam fees, as well as food and accommodation2* at Firebrand’s residential training centres across the World.

The prize also has the capacity to help the winner earn five times its proposed value (£5.3 million3*), when you consider their improved earning potential, associated with gaining advanced technical certifications. Emma Seaman, Managing Director says; “This is a fantastic prize for anyone working in a job role related to IT, project management or cyber security. The EU currently estimates a skills gap of more than 700,000 IT trained staff by 20154*. This prize allows the holder to receive training on the latest technology; by attaining skills that are in demand, they have the opportunity to increase their earning potential and secure a career in new and exciting job roles.”

Last year’s Free Training for Life Winner, Joseph Guthrie reflects on winning the prize: “I see myself at director level, in about 10 years. Firebrand has given me a great opportunity to make this come true. The rest is up to me.”

Choose from hundreds of Firebrand courses

The winner will have access to more than 165 courses run by Firebrand, from globally recognised vendors including Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, EC Council and (ISC)2. So whether they want to become an Ethical Hacker, a Mobile App developer or manage a Private Cloud platform, the winner will have access to associated training required to attain such a position.

The competition is open to anyone over the age of 16, living in the European countries where Firebrand operates: UK, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Share and get more chances to win

To be in with a chance of winning, entrants need only fill in the simple entry form on the Firebrand website - www.firebrandtraining.co.uk/ftfl

The entrant will receive a unique URL that can be shared with their friends, family and followers. Every time another entrant uses the unique URL, the sharer will receive an additional entry to the competition.
