Duncan Anderson at Global Knowledge wins IT Service Management Trainer of the Year at the Service Management Awards 2012

Global Knowledge, the worldwide leader in IT and Business training, today announced that one of its employees, Duncan Anderson received the prestigious IT Service Management Trainer of the Year Award. A host of leading industry figure heads joined Awards finalists in London Hammersmith to pay tribute to the service management community’s outstanding achievements.

Duncan Anderson, ITIL® and Service Management Trainer, first encountered ITIL® whilst managing branch technology for an insurance company in the 1990s. He joined the training industry in 1998 and has undertaken a number of roles and delivered courses in all sectors worldwide. Reflecting on his achievement, Anderson said “It’s such an honour for me to receive this award on behalf of Global Knowledge and our team of training professionals. I would like to thank everyone involved during the nomination and selection process including the APMG International who sponsored this award.”

The IT Service Management Awards recognises outstanding achievement and significant contribution to the world of IT Service Management, showcasing the people and organisations that are at the forefront of the industry.
