GoodPractice Launches Innovative E-Learning Essentials

United KingdomLearning NewsGoodPractice

Leading learning solutions provider, GoodPractice, announces the launch of its innovative, media-inspired e-learning courses for managers and leaders.

Working in conjunction with award-winning e-learning developers Kineo, GoodPractice has designed a programme of unique e-learning courses. E-Learning Essentials incorporates elements from the likes of reality TV and phone in radio shows to make learning engaging and memorable, while following e-learning best practice.

Tuning in to managers' development needs

With 10 years of providing support to managers and leaders within organisations, GoodPractice has based its E-Learning Essentials programmes on its research into managers’ most common development needs, including:

• Coaching
• Communication
• Creativity
• Difficult Conversations
• Leadership
• Time Management

Programmed for Success

Unlike many e-learning solutions, the E-learning Essential courses allow managers to ‘channel surf’ through different learning activities rather than following a prescribed route. This allows them to ‘programme’ their own learning when and how they want.

While the design is based on popular culture, the scenarios and activities are very much grounded in common workplace scenarios, from the need to think more creatively, to how to give constructive feedback, or manage an unexpected assignment. The range of activities allows managers to reflect, interact and self-diagnose their future development needs.

Chief Executive of GoodPractice, Peter Casebow says:

‘For the past 10 years our business has been creating cost-effective learning solutions for leaders and managers. E-learning is a natural progression for us. It is great working with Kineo – their energy, enthusiasm and ideas have helped us to create something really inspiring and unique for the e-learning market.’

Matt Fox, Director at Kineo adds:

‘Collaborating with GoodPractice on E-Learning Essentials has been a real pleasure. It’s always enjoyable working with real experts like the GoodPractice team who know management skills inside out. Both our businesses are passionate about great learning, and we’ve partnered to make an exceptional product’
