In a recent article, eLearning Industry ranked the Top 20 Extended Enterprise LMSs and Growth Engineering’s Academy LMS was announced as 6th in the world.

The article provides readers with a list of eight crucial questions to ask before deciding to proceed with extended enterprise online training.

The article states that the Academy LMS takes pride ‘in being the most engaging LMS’ and notes that it ‘is a social learning platform [that aims] to transform your employees into eLearning superheroes. It also ‘caters to multiple channels, brands, and audiences’ and ’has the potential for heavy customisation and setting different levels of access and administration rights to regroup your audiences.’

When breaking down the Academy LMS’s features, eLearning Industry noted that the platform has a ‘familiar environment’ and offers ‘an engaging learning experience’. The article also provides an analysis of some of the Academy LMS’s notable features, including gamification, social learning, reporting and details the plans and pricing options available.

Growth Engineering’s Extended Enterprise solution grants you the power to customise the look and feel of every iteration of your platform, delegate administration rights and set access levels across the portal – giving you and your different audiences an end-to-end brand experience and the privacy they need.

The Academy LMS structure is based on a four-tier hierarchy. This includes:

  • Multiple login areas
  • Custom domain names and sub-branding
    • Team logo alongside company logo. We can even customise this so that the team logo appears on its own (as the main logo).
    • Divisional banners on main dashboard that only certain sets of users will see.
    • You can also use Content Groups to control which (branded) library Categories, Badges and Clubs are available to your users.
    • User segmentation
    • Admin-lite functionality

Growth Engineering has a whole list of clients who use the Academy LMS, including Tech Data, Hendrick Automotive, Flight Centre, EE and Topps Tiles.

Juliette Denny, Managing Director and Chief-Ideologist at Growth Engineering, said: “This ranking is an amazing acknowledgement for the innovative design and features that are built into the platform. The Academy LMS is our pride and joy so to be recognised by eLearning is yet another great accomplishment.”
