Jon Fletcher appointed Hemsley CTO expanding AI elements of people performance offerings
Global learning and talent development provider Hemsley Fraser has appointed AI, HR and learning technology strategist and former Learning & Performance Institute chief AI strategist Jon Fletcher as its Chief Technology Officer, to head its expanding learning technology capabilities. He will support Hemsley’s new technology capabilities and innovation, including a new discovery and consulting service, which is helping organisations with their HR & learning technology AI transformations and their associated people performance strategies.
London, UK, January 2, 2025 - Global learning and talent development provider Hemsley Fraser has appointed AI, HR and learning technology strategist and former Learning & Performance Institute chief AI strategist Jon Fletcher as its Chief Technology Officer, to head its expanding learning technology capabilities.
Jon will support Hemsley’s new technology capabilities and innovation, including a new discovery and consulting service, which is helping organisations with their HR & learning technology AI transformations and their associated people performance strategies. This approach enables enterprises’ workforces to be empowered by new tools like AI, enhancing their performance at the individual, team and organisation-wide level.
Jon has 20 years’ expertise in helping empower HR, learning, and talent professionals in fast-evolving workplaces, including the assessment and application of AI tools. With expertise spanning organisations’ technology, architecture, infrastructure, and operational strategies, he specialises in assessing the practical application and impacts from new technologies on enterprises’ HR and organisational needs as well as their L&D and people processes.
Prior to joining Hemsley, Jon was Chief AI Strategist at the Learning & Performance Institute (LPI), BP’s Global Head of Talent & Learning, Head of AI implementation and Client AI Strategist at learning technology startup Obrizum, and Group Head of Learning Operations and Technologies at Capita.
