e2train announces strong growth across its portfolio of solutions
Revenues up 62% on same quarter last year with growth set to continue due to strong demand for its talent management solutions
Leading provider of learning and talent management solutions, e2train, today announced that its financial year Q1 (July–September 2011) revenues are up by 62% on the same quarter last year. This strong growth looks set to continue and builds on a successful financial year ending June 2011 which saw double digit year-on-year growth, despite tough market conditions.
A significant portion of growth this quarter is due to e2train’s new talent management offerings. Through its strengthened portfolio of talent management, succession planning, performance and learning technologies, e2train is ideally positioned to provide end-to-end solutions that help blue chip companies and governmental bodies improve their organisational performance.
To accommodate e2train’s growth strategy and growing team, Q1 also saw the company expand its operations with a move into larger premises in Cirencester.
Said Rob Caul, Managing Director of e2train:
“We are off to a flying start this year with our revenues up by a staggering 62% on the same quarter last year. Talent management has risen up the corporate agenda with organisations recognising it to be a key driver of business success and shareholder value. This has helped drive our strong growth in today’s marketplace where challenging economic conditions continue to prevail.”
“With our strengthened portfolio of learning and talent solutions and the forthcoming launch of Kallidus 9, we expect to continue on a positive upward growth curve this financial year as we further build on our position as one of the largest providers of innovative technology–based solutions in the UK marketplace,” added Caul.
e2train will be launching Kallidus 9 later this month, providing customers with a single integrated system for managing learning, performance, talent and succession. This latest version sees the addition of talent management and succession planning software to the Kallidus suite, the company’s flagship learning and performance system, providing HR professionals with a fully integrated suite of learning and development tools.
