Rob Caul, CEO, e2train said: “Winning the opportunity to work with Eurostar, a well known brand worldwide, is particularly rewarding as their long term vision focuses on simplifying performance management for line managers to maximise the potential of their people.”
Eurostar is the high-speed rail service directly linking the UK to France and Belgium via the Channel Tunnel. It started operating in 1994, providing city centre to city centre services. Eurostar has been at the leading edge of innovation in the rail network, setting new standards for travel by train. It was one of the first rail operators to introduce business lounges and a loyalty programme.
Since its 2000 launch, Kallidus has helped hundreds of organisations target learning to the right person at the right time, whilst optimising training expenditure and reducing costs. Key features of Kallidus LMS include a user-friendly and customisable interface; a built-in reporting suite; online collaboration and social networking capabilities; and a flexible, modular structure. The latest version of Kallidus also offers an easy to use ‘iGoogle style’ web gadget learner interface, enabling learning professionals to integrate formal and informal learning.
