Kallidus announces David Clutterbuck as Keynote Speaker for Talent Breakfast Seminar

Kallidus, the leading provider of learning and talent management solutions, today announced that renowned author and industry thought-leader David Clutterbuck will be the keynote speaker for its Talent Breakfast Seminar to be held on 26 March in London.

The theme of the event is ‘Managing Talent for Competitive Advantage’ and David Clutterbuck will be presenting his thought-provoking views on talent development and the need for a radical approach to talent management to an audience of senior HR and talent professionals. Meanwhile, Paula Harvey, Senior Talent Consultant at Kallidus will be examining what progress has made since McKinsey first declared the war on talent 15 years ago.

David Clutterbuck, one of the most inspiring and entertaining speakers in his field, is a leading global authority on coaching and mentoring, and on Board behaviours. He brings a wealth of practical experience and leading edge research to developing leaders at the top. Author of more than 50 books, David’s latest book The Talent Wave questions the effectiveness of standard approaches to succession planning and talent management.
