John Knell will call for a new approach to developing talent at Kallidus London seminar
Kallidus, the leading provider of learning and talent management solutions, is hosting a talent management breakfast seminar for senior HR professionals in London on 19 March.
Keynote speaker John Knell, the bestselling author and leading authority on business leadership and workplace change, will be exploring how the twin forces of technology and culture are transforming customer service, calling for a new approach to developing talent. Emma Rolfe, Group Human Resources Manager at Ultra Electronics, will be sharing her experience of managing today’s key talent challenges and Kallidus will be chairing a roundtable discussion to help drive change.
John Knell is widely regarded as an outstanding public speaker and thought-leader on organisational transformation. He is renowned for his ability to challenge entrenched status quo positions and the senior decision makers who often hold them, often resulting in significant organisational change initiatives.
At the Kallidus seminar, John will be debating three key issues in his keynote speech ‘The challenges of developing talent for business growth’:
- The strategic and cultural impacts of technology on leaders, the workforce and customer needs
- How improved collaboration and knowledge-sharing can lead to greater business success
- The need to radically transform talent management and succession planning strategies to develop ‘tech-savvy’ innovative leaders capable of revolutionising customer service
