Kallidus, an industry leading provider of learning and talent management solutions, has been named as a finalist with David Lloyd Clubs, Europe’s largest leisure club, for the Learning and Performance Institute’s 2021 Learning Platform of the Year Award.
The LPI’s Learning Awards recognise outstanding achievement, best practice and excellence in corporate learning and performance. This year, more entries than any other year were received from the highest achieving organisations in learning and development across the world, making the Learning Awards more competitive than ever.
Rob Caul, CEO of Kallidus said: “We are delighted to be a finalist once again this year for the prestigious Learning Platform of the Year Award. Last year we won the Silver Award with JYSK. This year we are proud to be showcasing our implementation of Kallidus Learn with David Lloyd Clubs, which has been a real partnership every step of the way.”
David Lloyd Clubs has deployed Kallidus’ innovative learning platform, Kallidus Learn, to support the learning and development of 8,600 staff across 123 clubs in the UK and Europe. This large scale, multi-site, multi-lingual implementation is revolutionising how people learn and how the organisation reports on learning, helping to ensure compliance while empowering employees to take ownership of their learning and development.
Philip Pyle, Chief Revenue Officer added: “Kallidus Learn has enabled David Lloyd Clubs to make learning a habit to meet the goals of the business. Our industry-leading UX makes learning easy and accessible, resulting in more empowered and engaged learners routinely completing mandatory training courses while proactively building new skills and their careers.”
As well as being a finalist for the LPI’s Learning Platform of the Year Award, Kallidus is also a finalist in the 2020 Learning Technologies Awards. Taking place on 18th November 2020, Kallidus has been shortlisted for LT’s Learning Provider of the Year and Learning Designer of the Year categories.
