Brighton, UKLearning NewsKineo

Enabling people to perform to their best potential is arguably the most important task in any organisation. What role can e-learning play in making performance management happen? Kineo will address this question in a seminar at this year’s Learning Technologies.

Kineo, the leader in e-learning, will share insights on how to design, develop and deliver engaging performance management e-learning in a seminar at Learning Technologies, as part of the Learning and Skills programme.

Kineo has worked with a wide range of organisations to design effective performance management, coaching and leadership e-learning including Ministry of Justice, Marks and Spencer, Cable & Wireless, EMI and BP. Using examples from many of these leading organisations, Kineo will discuss:

- The benefits of e-learning for performance management
- Best practice in learning design for performance management
- The role that Moodle can play in developing a 24/7 performance centre that extends beyond e-learning

Kineo partner Stephen Walsh says: “Getting performance management right is maybe the silver bullet in any organisation. We’re proud to have worked with some great organisations to create effective performance management portals and e-learning solutions, and we’re looking forward to sharing our insights at this prestigious show”.

The seminar will take place at Leaning Technologies in Olympia 2, Theatre 6 on Thursday 28th January from 11.15-11.45.
