M&S and Kineo award winning e-learning: free seminar at Learning Technologies in London
Delivering business results through e-learning remains the holy grail. In a free seminar at Learning Technologies 2011, Stephen Walsh of Kineo and Jason Danciger of M&S will show how the Café Service Heroes e-learning have delivered proven business benefits in M&S.
After striking gold and being crowned as the 'Best e-learning private sector project of 2010' at this year's E-learning Age Awards, Kineo and Marks and Spencer are showcasing the project and the approach taken at this year's Learning Technologies event.
Stephen and Jason will show how Kineo's innovative and results-driven approach to e-learning resulted in improved customer satisfaction scores, and significant cost reduction, saving over £500k in year 1 with over 95% positive feedback.
This 30-minute seminar is free to attend, and there's no need to book in advance - just turn up at Theatre 2 ready for an 11.45am start on 27th January. Participants will also receive a voucher for a complimentary coffee at any M&S Café so you can get a taste of the great service and products that were at the heart of this e-learning.
