On February’s LNTV Nigel Paine interviews Andy Lancaster on his new role at CIPD and his newly published book, 'Driving Performance Through Learning'.

LNTV welcomes a new regular reporter, leading learning strategist Lori Niles-Hofmann, whose first report provides some top tips for digital transformation beyond launch day.

Also in February’s show Robin Hoyle asks why aligning L&D with the business is so difficult for L&D teams, plus we have a report from the sector’s biggest annual event, Learning Technologies 2020, which took place earlier this month.
