In the September programme, Nigel talks to David James, Chief Learning Officer at Looop.co, about his new paper on automating organisational processes. 

Kate talks to Zahra Clarke-Johnney, Digital Learning Partner at Southwark Council and part of this year's Learning Technologies 30 under 30 programme about the work she is doing on a cultural transformation programme at the council. 

And Megan Torrance joins the first of two programmes this September to discuss helping employees to learn the most important things through meaningful learning experiences.
