John Hinchliffe won the prestigious Colin Corder Award for services to learning at this year's Learning Awards and he is on the show talking about his work supporting the L&D community. Ina Weinbauer-Heidel is back on LNTV, talking with Robin Hoyle about how L&D teams can get their managers to support the transfer of learning. Bob Mosher continues his new series and Rob Clarke has the news.
