Learning Technologies Group plc (“LTG”), the global provider of integrated talent management and learning software and services, announced today that its flagship business, GP Strategies, is now the Group’s lead market-facing brand representing its entire strength.

LEO Learning will integrate with GP Strategies’ global content design team to create the world’s largest and most creative custom content and learning experience design offering, while PDT Global will join GP Strategies, to create a combined force in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I). These additions to GP Strategies’ portfolio will take place from 1 January 2023 and will significantly enhance its capabilities as a world-leading learning and talent transformation company.

LTG’s BAFTA-winning immersive experiences and games studio, PRELOADED, will move to become a unique brand within the GP Strategies portfolio, helping to create a new global presence in the practical application of immersive and emerging technologies.

LTG’s existing software/product brands, including Bridge, Rustici Software, PeopleFluent, Watershed and Open LMS, will remain market-facing. Product offerings will channel via GP Strategies when part of an integrated solution.

The new strategy has been extensively tested with industry analysts and key clients across several verticals and continents, and will help LTG deliver on its vision to “help organisations transform through their people.”

Adam Stedham, CEO of GP Strategies, said: “The learning and talent functions are more important to our client’s long-term business strategies than ever before. With GP Strategies as the new consolidated brand representing LTG’s combined strength, our clients benefit from a global range and depth of expertise – from strategic thinking to delivering a full suite of global learning services and technologies under one organisation. This means we can focus on helping deliver our client’s goals and demonstrating measurable results.”

Piers Lea, Chief Strategy Officer of LTG, said, “There’s an overwhelming number of options in the marketplace. However, what organisations really need to thrive in today’s global marketplace is an integrated set of services and solutions from an experienced provider that understands the complexities of running a global business. LTG now operates in 35 countries with over 5,000 employees worldwide. With GP Strategies as the cornerstone of our new offering, we’re in a unique position to provide our customers with a ‘one-stop shop’ for modernising learning and talent strategies and providing the full range of skills needed to execute them.”
