EasyAI changes how teams create company-tailored training at scale
Easygenerator reviewed 1,500+ real conversations with L&D professionals to learn how teams use AI to create training. The findings reveal surprising workarounds, significant wins, and a growing shift toward decentralized, AI-powered learning, with EasyAI continuing to lead innovation in the field.
When Easygenerator launched the EasyAI suite in April 2023, the goal was simple: help anyone, L&D professionals or not, turn knowledge into high-quality e-learning faster and easier. As one of the first players in the industry to integrate AI at this level, EasyAI introduced features like course generation, interactive content, image generation, and auto-translation, all designed to create company-tailored training at scale.
Now, two years later, Easygenerator analyzed more than 1,500 real conversations with L&D professionals to understand how it works in practice. The result? A deeper look at how AI transforms course creation in ways that go far beyond what was expected.
Some teams followed the ideal flow: uploading content, letting EasyAI structure it, refining it with Quick Actions, and publishing at record speed. Others got creative: rewriting outdated training with AI, transforming raw compliance docs into interactive courses, or using PowerPoint uploads as a knowledge primer for better rewriting. Many users find value in AI for specific tasks, like simplifying complex text and generating quiz questions.
One standout insight is that adoption isn’t just about tools but support. Teams that received hands-on guidance were more likely to integrate AI into their workflow and build confidence along the way.
Easygenerator was also among the first players to bring AI-powered auto-translation to e-learning. With this feature, teams can translate training into 75+ languages in just a few clicks with AI. With glossary support for brand consistency and no reliance on external vendors, Easygenerator simplifies localization from start to finish. Companies like Keune Haircosmetics have used it to expand training into 21 languages, streamlining their global rollout without compromising consistency.
Two years since the launch, more than 9,000 courses have already been created using EasyAI. Teams have reported up to 9x faster creation speeds and a 75% increase in active course authors. It’s not just a new way to create training but a more innovative approach to workplace learning.
And for those still experimenting? That’s okay, too. As the study found, AI adoption is a journey, and EasyAI is helping teams move from potential to practice, one course at a time.
