The Learning Technologies Conference, co-located with HR Technologies UK, returns to ExCeL London this April and the conference programme is on the Learning Technologies 2025 website along with online booking and early bird rates which are available until 28 February.

In 2025, the world and the field of learning and development will reach a pivotal point, driven by rapid advancements in technology and evolving workforce expectations. For 25 years, the Learning Technologies Conference has been the place where L&D professionals explore emerging trends, but nothing comes close to the pace of today’s change, or its impact.

With over 80 expert speakers and facilitators across 30+ sessions, the programme is designed to inspire innovation and prepare L&D leaders for the future.

Conference Chair, Donald H Taylor, explains: “This year, the conference will address key topics such as AI, skills development, personal growth, and data-driven decision-making. It will also provide practical strategies for content creation, building organisational capability, and making compliance training more effective.”
