The programme features more than 200 seminars taking place across 12 theatres and two Bitesize Learning Zones on the exhibition floor. Sessions will run every 45 minutes, offering visitors a wide range of opportunities to explore current themes and tailor their experience across the two-day event.

This year also sees the return of the LT Awards Theatre, showcasing projects and case studies from winners of the Learning Technologies Awards, bringing practical insight from recognised workplace learning initiatives.

The seminar programme covers a broad range of topics shaping the workplace learning sector, including AI, learning analytics and skills-based talent management. Speakers include representatives from organisations such as Merlin Entertainments, Sky, talabat, Trainline, UNICEF France and University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, among others.

The exhibition seminars are free to attend and form a central part of the wider Learning Technologies experience, offering accessible insights and discussion for L&D professionals at all stages.

Event organiser, Mark Penton, said: ‘Our free exhibition seminars bring together a wide range of perspectives from across workplace learning. With so many sessions running throughout the event, visitors can explore new ideas, hear practical case studies and take away insights they can apply in their organisations.’

The full programme is now live on the Learning Technologies 2026 exhibition seminars webpage and will continue to be updated with additional sessions and speakers in the run up to the event.

Entry to the Learning Technologies 2026 Exhibition is free of charge for all L&D and learning professionals and registration is open. Visitors can register for passes for themselves and their colleagues via the event website.
