Learning Tree introdcuces 'PRINCE2 in Practice: Applying the Method to Your Projects' to provide the skills to implement proven PRINCE2 principles and practices
Learning Tree International has expanded its Project Management curriculum with a new course entitled PRINCE2 in Practice: Applying the Method to Your Projects. The course employs Learning Tree's RealityPlus learning approach in which an experienced instructor/facilitator leads the class through experiential activities, simulating real-world situations for the purpose of
gaining practical experience in applying the PRINCE2 method to their projects.

During the 3-day course, participants will also be taught how to:

• Balance the project plan, benefits and risks
• Instigate, track and control the straightforward delivery of work
• Control unexpected elements and project issues as they rise
• Conclude projects in a manner that ensures visible success
