With the organisation’s market position increasing rapidly, Tracy Capaldi-Drewett has joined the MicroLearn team as Group Commercial Director at this exciting time to drive business development momentum.

With more than 20 years’ experience in learning, technology and information, Tracy is a dynamic leader, building and managing high-performance teams operating around the world in the education, private, public and government sectors.

Based in MicroLearn’s new Brighton Sales office, Tracy is responsible for growing and managing the sales team, supporting existing clients and generating new opportunities by exploring solution-focused approaches to help organisations utilise learning and development to attract, retain and develop their employees.

Alison Soper, Creative Director for MicroLearn, said: “The MicroLearn family is steadily growing and it’s great to have Tracy on board. Offering an abundance of invaluable industry experience and insights, Tracy is the perfect fit for the team as we look to further share our story and solutions across the UK and around the world.”

“It’s a great time to be in the learning industry, as the drive for scalability and flexibility has changed the way organisations look at delivering effective training programmes,” adds Tracy Capaldi-Drewett. “We’re seeing a clear move away from more passive elearning methodologies to a strategy of personalised, video-rich microlearning, which can be accessed across devices, at the point of need. MicroLearn sits at the heart of the microlearning movement and I believe the time is right to really help the learning and development organisation to embrace a self-motivated, active microlearning strategy.”
