Elearning Growth Drives Expanded Operations In The South
The e-learning and Totara provider Mind Click has opened new offices in Brighton in response to its growth of more than 60% in the last two years. The organisation has put in place a new programme of expansion to further enhance the support for its growing client base in the south of England. The Brighton office will also act as a hub for LMS development and e-learning innovation.
Explains Managing Director, Sean Reddington, “At Mind Click we take customer service seriously. The Brighton office really helps support our vision for ‘never saying no’ to a client. Call us old-fashioned if you like, but we enjoy being able to sit down and work with our clients face-to-face whenever the need arises. Our offices in Nottingham mean we are less than an hour away from most of the north of England. Our Brighton office will enable us to connect to organisations in the south just as effectively.”
The team in Brighton will extend Mind Click’s range of e-learning services. These include the supply and support of Totara. But the office will also focus on developing new bespoke e-learning solutions incorporating gamification and other exciting new learning trends. Since the expansion, Mind Click has already been selected by Hewlett Packard, Next Directory, Wesleyan and Yodel to provide Totara LMS.
The new office is managed by Head of Solutions, Meredith Henson. Comments Henson, “Mind Click is different to other e-learning providers. By taking a creative approach that isn’t tied to a single tool or system, we are free to be 100% customer led. This supports our vision for great customer service. But it also gives our team huge scope to be creative in their work. We are actively seeking out new talent and the response to our company ethos from our new staff is overwhelmingly positive.”
Further details of how to join the team are available on the Mind Click website.
Mind Click will also be attending the upcoming CIPD Learning and Development Show on 13th and 14th May 2015 at London Olympia. The team will be on Stand 150 and more information about the event is available online.
