Having been established for 5 years, Mind Click are passionate about innovation in learning technologies and providing organisations with new, creative ways to meet their training challenges. They recognise the growing need to support a personalised learning approach, and this learning game supports that, as well as offering a new, fun way to create engaging e-learning.

Originally built for Tesco using Articulate Storyline 2, Mind Click’s game engine utilises learning game mechanics such as scoreboards, bonuses, badges and mini-games to provide learners with an attention-grabbing, engaging training experience that changes behaviour. It’s compatible with tablet devices, meaning that learners can access their training when they are on the move, providing them with a completely personalised learning experience.

The game engine is highly customisable and has been designed so that it can be easily adapted to meet each organisation’s individual needs. This means that businesses can benefit from utilising learning games in their training without the typically high costs of bespoke learning game design.

Speaking of the game engine, Richard Hyde, CEO of Mind Click, comments:

"We have been inundated with requests from our customers for gamified e-learning. But we quickly found that mainstream authoring tools such as Storyline just couldn't deliver the rich game play being asked for. The game engine we've developed gives us unlimited creativity in the games we can develop. An added bonus is that it is completely reusable so it can quickly be reconfigured and wrapped around other learning content."

Mind Click will be exhibiting on Stand D30 at World of Learning in Birmingham on September 29 and 30, where they will be providing free demos of the new game engine. The Mind Click sales team are available to discuss the game engine before the event at sales@mind-click.com.
