Rapid growth and expansion

Mind Click, a fresh creative team who are based in both Brighton and Nottingham, are a growing organisation whose rapid expansion has seen the company evolve from a small regional player to an influential and innovative organisation in the learning technologies industry. This fiscal year has put Mind Click on the map, with many new organisations demanding their first class customer service and exceptional results.

This huge demand for Mind Click’s services has led to a Brighton office opening in March 2015, which has quadrupled in size in 2016 alone, growing from three employees to twelve in a matter of months. Mind Click’s overall employee base has also nearly doubled, increasing from twenty-two staff to forty-two in just one year; a growth rate of 91%.

Mind Click’s relaxed and passionate atmosphere continues to attract talent from fierce competition, enabling the company to selectively and strategically make new appointments within the organisation including recent hires for a Head of Production and a Head of LMS Implementation.

Organic increased revenue and gross profit, no funding needed

As well as this huge expansion in employees, Mind Click has also significantly increased their customer base, winning much larger strategic projects with clients such as Procter and Gamble, Hewlett Packard, Sky, Baxter Healthcare and Barclaycard in 2016 and boasting an overall client retention rate of 96% for their learning management systems platform.

This has led to an unprecedented year at Mind Click, with the company nearly doubling their turnover in just one financial year, growing from £1.1 million to £2.1 million in just twelve months. This is a a 91% rise in year on year growth, amplifying their 17% growth in 2015. This outstanding growth is extremely unusual in a company the size of Mind Click, highlighting their unique and unparalleled proposition within their industry.

Mind Click’s Managing Director, Sean Reddington, comments on the past fiscal year:

Since April 2015 Mind Click has been on a whirlwind journey, expanding into Brighton and collaborating with many household brands across the UK and Europe. We have experienced a phenomenal rate of growth which has led to us adding more talented employees to our team as well as more than doubling our turnover; all of which has been achieved without any venture capital investment or funding.

The first month of our new financial year has already been our biggest month since we started, which is already setting us up for another record year. This clearly indicates we’re showing no signs of slowing. This year we are focusing on continuing to improve our customer’s experience through new product innovations and services and ensuring they continue to confidently trust us to deliver great results from their L&D propositions.”

Recognised, award-winning business

This fiscal year has been a landmark year for Mind Click, as they became the only e-learning company to ever be in the top three of the “E-learning Development Company of the Year” category for three consecutive years; a clear indication of their commitment to innovation and impact for their customers.

To add to their nine awards since 2010, this year Mind Click also won two Totara Awards for their work with Berlitz and Sky, solidifying them as integral Platinum Partners to the open source Totara community as they continue to invest in new products such as their Totara Offline Player and Articulate Storyline game engine.
