O’Reilly Chief Learning Experience Officer Karen Hebert-Maccaro will present a seminar titled “Learning behaviour metrics you should (but probably aren’t) measuring today” at Learning Technologies, Europe's leading conference dedicated to organisational learning and the technology that supports it.
Taking place on 14th February, 2019 at 14:00, the presentation will explore the power of understanding learners’ behaviours when designing learning and development (L&D) programs that must meet both individual and organisational needs. Attendees will learn why behaviour metrics are important and how to use resulting patterns to build a stronger enterprise learning strategy.

In her presentation, Hebert-Maccaro will provide data gathered from O’Reilly’s user base to provide in-depth insights into users’ specific learning patterns beyond the content they consume. With this data, she will identify how to determine when users are seeking quick solutions and when they’re learning in an immersive, structured way.
In conjunction with the show, O’Reilly will issue a new report, “Deciphering Learning Behaviour Patterns,” which explores how to use metrics to gain strategic and actionable insight into learners’ behaviours.
