At the 2010 Service Desk and IT Support Show, QA will demonstrate its new Service Management Learning Consultancy and training programmes to help organisations become more efficient, profitable and ethical.

Leading training company QA believes that the organisation of the future will need to be finely tuned, balancing seemingly opposing demands such as profitability and ethics.

Jeff Payne, QA’s director of Professional Best Practice, says that businesses need to consider making changes that will have long-term benefits. “Some frameworks such as Service Desk Institute and ITIL have been implemented to reduce costs and improve efficiency. This is one potential benefit, but there are greater strategic benefits to be gained particularly if you align to a Green IT strategy.”

QA will be exhibiting at the 2010 Service Desk and IT Support Show, giving organisations the opportunity to discuss how QA’s Learning Consultancy programmes are helping other organisations to shape up for the future.
According to Jeff Payne, QA is uniquely positioned. “We are proud to be the first organisation to partner with the Service Desk Institute to deliver the internationally recognised Service Desk Certification programme”.

“QA is the leader in Service Desk Institute training, ITIL service management trainingand IT support training,“ says Jeff Payne, “but we also offer blended management solutions to assist companies to drive through these difficult times and move into growth.”

QA has been especially successful with its market-leading Green IT training programme, which it developed in partnership with the British Computer Society. ”Green IT is the perfect example of balancing ethics and profitability,“ concludes Jeff Payne, “since it delivers both.”
