Raytheon Professional Services wins prestigious award for multilingual support

International Customer Management Institute honors Barcelona customer service center

 

DALLAS, (June 22, 2016) -- The International Customer Management Institute has named Raytheon Professional Services LLC, a subsidiary of Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), Best Multilingual Support provider. ICMI, which issues the annual Global Contact Center Awards, recognized the outstanding multilingual support provided by the RPS global customer service center in Barcelona, Spain.

 The RPS center provides global clients with training administration services and logistical support across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The service center team consists of 35 agents supporting 23 markets in at least 20 languages. A variety of cultures and languages are represented to ensure each client receives “local” and highly-culturally-attuned service.

“These awards recognize organizations that provide multilingual support to their customer base using best-in-class service models, and underscore Raytheon’s training administration expertise,” said Margaret Moran, head of Shared Services, Raytheon Professional Services, EMEA.
