This is the fourth year in a row that Raytheon has been rated in the leader quadrant among learning BPS companies.
DALLAS, June 22, 2017 -- Raytheon Professional Services has been named as a leader for Business Process Services in the learning market in the 2017 NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation and Assessment Tool, known as NEAT. This is the fourth year in a row that Raytheon has been rated in the leader quadrant among learning BPS companies.
Global research firm NelsonHall uses the NEAT tool to support strategic and BPS managers with their buying decisions across BPS service lines, saving companies time and money in the procurement and selection process.
"Raytheon was deemed a leader in providing innovation to our clients over the lifetime of their contracts and delivering measurable results," said Dave Letts, vice president, Raytheon Professional Services. "Once again, we excelled in all areas of the NEAT evaluation."
NelsonHall evaluates companies serving the learning market through interviews with vendors and their customers to assess performance based on:
- Revenue and competency
- Compliance
- Learner engagement
- Strategic transformation
- Cost reduction
"The ability to deliver immediate benefits and learner satisfaction, along with modernizing technology to meet future customer requirements, factored into NelsonHall naming Raytheon a learning BPS leader,"said Amy Gurchensky, senior HRO analyst with NelsonHall.
